Grade Four - Ready for More!
Welcome Parents and Students to Fourth Grade.
We are so excited for our new school year!
We will be working very hard, but having a lot of fun along the way.
4th Grade Teachers

These are the skills we will be working on in 4th Grade:
- Reading
- Math (including long multiplication & division)
- Writing
- Science (simple machines & forces, matter & energy, biomes, space)
- Social Studies (Geography, NH History, and Government)
- Cursive
Friday Experiments
During the month of April, Students have been enjoying 'Friday Experiment' Days. With each 4th grade teacher specializing in areas of magnetism, adaptation, erosion, and simple machines, the students are rotating through classrooms to partake in each experiment. In May, students will take their NECAP Science exams.
100th Day and Counting
4th grade celebrates the 100th day of school. Students came dressed in creative variations of 100 items such as pasta necklaces, paper chains, and bedazzled shirts and hats.
Let's Play
Students in Mrs. Law's class put on their own class play focusing on the elements of 'character' and 'setting'. Students loved making their own headpiece costume and acting out their parts.
Heart-Felt Conversation
Instead of the usual party consisting of cupcakes and cookies, this year the 4th grade came together to make sundaes. Each class was able to dish up some ice cream and add their favorite toppings. Favorites included red sprinkles, some gummy bears, and of course whipped cream!
